1. Do I need to become a member to make a purchase?
No, membership is not required to make purchase. However, members receive great benefits.

By becoming a member, you will receive a Miaarte Newsletters of our special deals and other promotional offers. You will also be able to purchase items with a member’s price. Best of all, you will never have to fill out your shipping information again.

3. How do I register to become a Miaarte.com member?
Simply click the "Create an Account" on top of the page. Then simply enter your information to become a member.

4. How do I access my Miaarte.com account?
The "Login" section is located at the top-right corner of our pages. You will be asked to enter your login ID and password. Once you logged in, you will be able to access your account.

5. What are my payment options?
We accept credit card, personal check, or money order as payments. Payment with money order or personal check is ONLY available for USA customers and requires up to 7 business days (after date received) for personal checks to be cleared by the bank before we can actually process the order. The credit card information of submitted purchase orders will be sent through SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and will ensure that your information is kept confidentially and securely.

6. When do I pay for the sale taxes on the purchases?
Only orders ship to addresses within California will be charged 7.75% sales tax. The sales tax will be calculated automatically when you check out of your shopping cart.

7. What are my shipping options and rates?
We offer 4 types of domestic (within USA) shipping methods with fixed rates to ensure quality and quick shipping: $4.95 for USPS First Class Mail, $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail, $13.95 for UPS 3 Day and $17.95 for UPS 2 Day Air. Orders ship to P.O. Box and addresses in AK, HI, or PR will be shipped via USPS mail only. Signature of adult 21 years or older is required at delivery. Purchases made in Canada will be shipped by USPS Registered Mail only with a fixed rate of $12.95 USD. All rates include shipping and handling charges.

8. How do I qualify for free shipping?
If you purchased $75.00 or more on regular and/or On Sale items, your order will automatically be qualified for free shipping of USPS First Class Mail ($4.95). There is a cost of $2.00 to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, $9.00 to upgrade to UPS 3 Day, and $13.00 to UPS 2 Day Air. Orders made from Canada with $150 or more will also receive free shipping by USPS Global Express Mail.

9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow approximate 5 ~ 7 business days for USPS First Class Mail delivery, 3 ~ 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail , 3 business days for UPS 3 Day, and 2 business days for UPS 2 Day Air. Canadian orders may take approximate 5 ~ 7 days for USPS Registered Mail delivery. Please note that USPS (United States Post Office) delivery service is not a guarantee service, we can only estimate the arrival time.

11. How do I measure the size of my finger?
