Miaarte.com provides Lifetime Warranty to all jewelries purchased from Miaarte.com. Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship, for example if the stone falls off. Miaarte.com will exchange or replace all defected products with brand new jewelries.

When returning products for exchange or replacement please return with Lifetime Warranty card and $5.00 service fee and we will send back the brand new exchange item. Returned products without Lifetime Warranty Card and $5.00 service fee will not be exchanged and will be returned to you in the same condition as we received it. If your jewelry is no longer produced, we will replace the item with a similar and equal value product.

Lifetime Warranty does not cover for jewelries damaged by negligence or abuse (non-manufacture defects), such as scratches on the surface or products bent by force. Lifetime Warranty also does not cover for jewelries that have been altered prior exchanged. With both situations mention above, Lifetime Warranty will automatically void.

Miaarte.com is not responsible for the shipping and handling charges of the returning products. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for products returning to us.
